Everything You Need to Know

Simple, clear terms so you always know what to expect.
Annual Membership
Your plan is valid for 12 months from the day you enroll. The annual fee is paid upfront and secures your benefits for the year.
Same-Day Start
Your benefits begin the day you join—no waiting periods. You can schedule your visit right away.
Appointments & Scheduling
Appointments are scheduled in advance. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes. Unused benefits do not roll over.
No-Show Policy
Two no-show appointments result in a non-refundable voided membership.  Please inform us in advance if you need to reschedule.
Membership, Not Insurance
This is a direct membership plan offered by our office. It is not dental insurance and cannot be combined with other insurance plans.
Annual Plan Updates
Membership fees may be reviewed periodically. Any updates will always be shared with you before your renewal.

A dental membership plan is a simple, in-house program offered by our dental office. You pay an annual fee and receive included preventive care along with savings on certain treatments. Unlike insurance, there are no claims to file, no approvals needed, and no third-party involvement. You receive care directly from our dentists.
Anyone without dental insurance can enroll in our plans.
You can start using your included preventive services after enrollment.
Tier II members receive a 20% discount on most restorative services including fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and more. Some specialty services such as orthodontics, implants, and IV sedation are not included in the discount.
Cosmetic procedures like whitening and veneers are not included in the plan.
No, this is a membership plan designed to provide dental care and savings directly through our office.
Our dental membership plans have no maximums or deductibles, so you can use your membership as much as needed as determined by our dentists.
Credit card, personal check, and cash are all accepted. Third-party financing options are also available through the office. The full annual membership fee is due at enrollment.

Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance. Unused benefits don't roll over or get refunded. Two no-show appointments without canceling will void your membership with no refund, so notify the office as early as possible if you need to reschedule.
Yes. Membership renews annually after 12 full months. If fees are adjusted at renewal, you'll be notified in advance so you can make a fully informed decision.
